Cane with case. Presented to Schuyler Colfax by Odd Fellows of San Franciso, 1875. A. Cane with gold top and onyx tipped. Gold inserted with onyx stones. Eight-sided, each engraved. Blue and white fringed cord. Inscribed: Presented to Hon. Schuyler Colfax by Odd Fellows of San Francisco, 1875. B. Case is eight-sided wood. Two closing hooks. Metal plate engraved "S. Colfax-South Bend, Ind." |
